The House

Three centuries of stone, restored for today's summers.

A hundred-year-old holm oak gives the estate its name. Around it, 3,400 square feet of house and nearly four acres behind walls.

The 2021 restoration kept what cannot be remade: the beams, the thick walls, the cool floors. Everything else was rethought, from the bedding to the wine cellar.

Four bathrooms and shower rooms, travertine from floor to ceiling. Honeycomb towels, soaps from the region, generous hot water.

Eighty olive trees on terraced restanques, an old fountain, limestone terraces. The pétanque court sits under the oaks, shaded from four o'clock on.
